Service Technician

As a Service Technician, you will be involved in all aspects of maintenance and repair from routine servicing to complete component overhaul of vehicle systems.  Technicians are vital to customer care. The service offered by the workshop is often a major factor for customers when choosing a new car.

You need to have a keen interest in the motor vehicle industry and you need to be fully committed to completing the course in order to qualify as a highly skilled Technician.

Parts Consultant

Parts personnel are essential team members. That’s because the Parts Department plays a vital role in selling parts and accessories, as well as providing assistance to both the Service and Vehicle Sales Departments.

As an Apprentice Parts Consultant, you will be required to combine, an outgoing personality, technical component knowledge customer service and IT skills.

Customer Service Advisor

Customer service plays an important role in any organisation where day-to-day contact and relationship building with customers takes place.  Mazda’s Advanced Customer Service Apprenticeships are nationally designed training programmes offering employees the opportunity to enhance their career through a combination of training and assessment and are recognised throughout business and industry as essential ingredients for success.

Body & Paint Technician

As a Vehicle Body & Paint Technician you will learn the skills required to undertake professional body repair and paint work, from the removal and refitting of basic parts, the repair and replacement of structural panels and chassis alignment through to the application of foundation and top coat materials. Our state of the art The Body Repair and Paint facilities include five self-contained work areas including a steel repair bay, mechanical electrical and trim bay, aluminium repair bay, paint mix room and spray booth. This means you will rapidly acquire the skills to become a valued member of the Mazda workforce.
